LifeBlog and Flickr

I have been trying to figure out a good way to post photos from the N90 I am testing and thought I found a good solution with SplashBlog. The thing is that the Series 60 client for SplashBlog is new and is missing a couple of features that are on the Palm platform. One main on is the remote server upload feature that allowed me to post a test photo up on this blog. I did take that photo with the N90, but had to use my Treo 650 to upload it.

In my attempt to get one device to take a good photo and upload it I discovered that I can use LifeBlog (comes with the N90) and Flickr to get photos up to Flickr and also here to my blog. So you should hopefully see some photos getting posted up here soon and I plan to use the N90 to document the Mobius 2005 conference in Seattle over the next couple of days. I’m sure Microsoft will appreciate me using a Nokia device to document a Microsoft sponsored event 😉

I like using SplashBlog, but really would prefer to not have lots of different blogs (SplashBlog, Flickr, Blogger, TextAmerica, etc) to manage and would like it all on this blog where I have the server room to post things.
