You have to love when a company sees you are having some issues and contacts you to offer support directly. Jeremy emailed me to say I should contact him directly to get remote viewing setup on my SlingBox. I think it is either a SMC router issue or something else that I am making more difficult than it needs to be since everyone else who I know that has one was able to get things working quickly with no real issues.
I am in Alaska for a few days so I can’t get it setup, but will try later this week so I can use the SlingBox when our family goes to DisneyWorld in a week.
